Delivery
Due to the value of the goods, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Insurance
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from YOEK to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
Please note that we currently do not ship to The Netherlands and Belgium.
Dutch and Belgian customers may have purchases delivered to any international address.
